Rental and cleaning fees are subject to Wisconsin sales tax (5.5%).
Refundable Security Deposit: $300
A payment of ½ the total bill is expected with the signed rental agreement. The remaining ½ of the total bill is due by 60 days before the check-in date.
If the reservation is made within 60 days of check-in, full payment is due with the signed rental agreement.
We accept credit card payments online via Stripe (+3% convenience fee) or personal checks (all checks returned as non-sufficient funds will incur a $25 fee.)
If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, a refund of money paid minus the security deposit will be given. If cancellation is made on or less than 60 days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made.
